Policies
Are dogs allowed on premises?
Our patio area welcomes dogs and has an over head cover for comfort and weather protection. Dogs are allowed to join you while you enjoy food and drinks outdoors, with shade and shelter from sun and rain. Please keep pets on a leash, clean up after them, and ensure they remain well-behaved around other guests. Water bowls are available; if you need any additional assistance, just ask our staff. Service dogs are always welcome.
Are there vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options?
Yes, we offer entrees and other menu items that can be modified for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free patrons. Please inform your server of any dietary restrictions or preferences so we can guide you on available options and make appropriate modifications.
Is our restaurant wheel chair accessible?
Unfortunately we do not have wheelchair accessibility. Our building has steps and sits too close to the road to safely or feasibly add a ramp. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are happy to help make alternative arrangements where possible. If you need assistance, please contact us with details of your visit and we will do our best to accommodate.
Is there a dress code?
We do not have a strict dress code policy other than the basic expectation: no shoes, no shirt, no service. Please use common sense and wear clothing appropriate for a public setting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose attire is disruptive, offensive, or poses a health or safety concern.
Seating time.
To be respectful to all guests, our dining and bar seating are limited to 1 hour and 45 minutes per party. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Basic Policy.
Reservations
We recommend reservations for larger parties and weekend dining. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins, availability may be limited during peak hours.
Large Parties
Parties of 6 or more may have an automatic gratuity added to the final bill.
Menu & Availability
Backfin Blues is a scratch kitchen, and many of our dishes are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Because of this, certain items may be limited or unavailable depending on seasonal availability.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Please inform your server of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur in our kitchen.
Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless previously approved by management.
Alcohol Service
Valid ID is required for all alcohol purchases. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service at our discretion to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
